Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using EnergyHUD, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

EnergyHUD is an energy dashboard for Tesla Solar and Powerwall owners. Works with Tesla Powerwall and Solar. Not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.. The product name is not a Tesla product. Plans on the pricing page are Free and Pro.

Tesla account

To see live data you connect your Tesla account through OAuth. That authorizes us to access energy data as Tesla's API terms allow. We do not receive your Tesla password.

Billing and renewal

Pro is $3 per month or $29 per year, billed through Stripe. The subscription renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Free does not require a card. The EnergyHUD Apple TV app is included with Pro at no extra charge. It is a free download on the Apple App Store and works only while you have an active Pro subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free.

Refunds

You can cancel anytime. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial months or partial years. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Not affiliated with Tesla

EnergyHUD is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla and Powerwall are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.

Powerwall controls

Backup reserve and Storm Watch changes are sent to your Tesla energy site. You are responsible for those changes and for confirming they are what you intended. EnergyHUD is not responsible for how your Powerwall behaves after a change you request.

Your responsibilities

• Keep access to your Tesla account and this account under your control
• Use the service in compliance with applicable law
• Tell us if you believe the account has been misused

Termination

You may stop using EnergyHUD at any time and may ask us to delete the account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if Tesla withdraws API access. Sections that should survive termination, including billing records and these limits, still apply.

Disclaimers and liability

EnergyHUD provides energy monitoring "as is", without warranties. We are not responsible for decisions you make from the data, for Tesla system outages, or for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
